Cook Pork Tenderloin Recipe With A Delicious Honey Garlic Sauce
Cook pork tenderloin in a crockpot. It’s easy, inexpensive, and a great meal or snack. Pork is lean meat, so it requires little preparation. Tenderloin cooks quickly and its dense texture makes it a great cut for stir-frying, baking, stewing, and other dishes. I prefer to make a pork roast, slice the roast into thin slices, and roast until the meat is done to my liking. This method takes less time than boneless, skinless pork.

Since my pork tenderloin was cooked on high heat, I checked it after about an hour and it was the perfect internal temperature. You should be able to see slight pink meat inside when it is fully cooked, but you may not be able to smell it. When you take it out of the cooker, carefully inspect it to ensure that there is absolutely no sign of pink meat. This happens from the collagen burning that sometimes happens when meat is cooked too high.
